Mr. McCorvey is also the Founder of Stonegate Global, a diversified financial services company. The Stonegate Global family of companies provides investment fund formation and administration, offshore trust formation and administration, as well as technology solutions for offshore and domestic investment funds, including hedge funds, cryptocurrency funds, commodity pools, venture capital funds, private equity funds, asset-based lending funds, credit funds and real estate funds.
Mr. McCorvey has almost 25 years of experience serving private clients in the alternative and institutional investments industry. Mr. McCorvey began his institutional investment career in 1994 as a financial analyst for the Florida State Board of Administration, the now ~$150 billion pension fund for the state of Florida, performing analysis for multiple portfolios for the fund’s assets which then totaled approximately $65 billion. Mr. McCorvey was the senior vice president of Neovest, which was subsequently sold to JP Morgan in 2005. Mr. McCorvey served as the senior vice president of MadisonGrey, (which, at the time was Bank of Butterfield’s domestic Hedge Fund Administration business) where he led the firm’s growth from approximately $100 million assets under administration to approximately $2 billion until 2007 upon founding Stonegate Global.
Mr. McCorvey has been cited in various publications, including HFMWeek, Acquisitions International, Global Custodian, Securities Technology Monitor, Institutional Investor, Clearing Quarterly, and Hedge Fund Marketing Alliance. Mr. McCorvey is also a speaker at hedge fund and family office conferences.
Mr. McCorvey studied investment management at Harvard Business School, successfully completing the Private Equity and Venture Capital program. As a 1994 ACC Academic All-American, Mr. McCorvey holds a BS in finance with a minor in economics from Florida State University, and was a member of the 1993 Florida State University Seminoles National Championship Football Team under legendary Coach Bobby Bowden.
Mr. Uicker is experienced in global market analysis in various industries including medical research, blockchain technology, financial services, technology, retail, as well as the marketing and travel sectors. In his previous ventures, Mr. Uicker led business development for an innovative technology research company creating novel and innovative solutions for hospital associated infections; developing implantable hydrogels that prevented hospital associated infections by disrupting pathogenic biofilms.
Mr. Uicker is a frequent speaker at global investment conferences, participating on a number of advisory boards within the alternative investment space. He began analyzing trading markets in 2011.
Mr. Uicker is launching and will host the Stonegate Venture TV in 2019, the show will host and interview global thought leaders in the alternative investments industry.
Mr. Uicker’s experience spans various industries, from global market analytics to leadership roles, operations and executive leadership. Mr. Uicker holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Florida State University.

Weiss had a 39-year career at Disney. His last position was President of Worldwide Operations for Disney's $10 Billion+/95,000 employee Walt Disney Parks and Resorts business. He was responsible for the company’s theme parks and resorts including the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, ``Adventures by Disney``, and the line-of-business responsibility for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Tokyo Disney Resort.
He serves on the Alticor (Amway) Board of Directors, Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment Board of Directors, ClubCorp Board of Directors, Diamond Resorts International Board of Directors, Dick’s Sporting Goods Board of Directors and Marilyn Monroe Spas LLC Board of Directors. He previously served on the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission Governor’s Council, was a National Board Member of the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute and was appointed by the U.S. Commerce Secretary as a founding member to the Corporation for Travel Promotion Board of Directors. He was named “Most Influential Businessman in Central Florida” by the Orlando Business Journal in 2005.

Dr. Metcalf earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems (1998) from Nova SE University while also earning an MS in Computer-Based Learning (1996) there. After earning his BA in Studio Art -Computer Graphics concentration (1990) from the University of Texas, Austin, NASA also sent him to Stanford University’s ADEPT Online Engineering Program.
Outside of his duties as a researcher at UCF, David is active on several for-profit boards (Merging Traffic, Global Blockchain Ventures Fund, InteCrowd, Significant Systems) and nonprofit boards including CCM/Medi-Share, the largest Health Sharing Ministry in the US and as Chairman of David C Cook, Christian publisher. Both nonprofit ministries focus on meeting their Christian mission through sustainable business practices and measuring impact.
Dr. Hooper has started multiple businesses in the technology, lodging, internet and service industries. Additionally, he served as President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a national financial services company. Max has served on the investment committee of several venture capital and angel funds, and has completed ``work out`` transactions as a Certified Debt Arbitrator representing banks and private transactions. A lifelong learner, Dr. Hooper has earned five doctorate degrees, Ph.D, D.Min, Th.D, Ph.D, D.Min, from a variety of institutions.
Mr. Kondek is currently chief executive officer & founder of Merging Minds, LLC, a Florida based Venture Studio builder and venture development platform for startups and international technology companies, which he founded in 2018. He is also currently Advisory Board Member of InXero Inc., and Society3 Group and Board Member of X-Academy which he joined in 2017.
In 2017, Mr. Kondek was elected as the Ambassador of Florida for The World Innovation Forum, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The World Innovations Forum is bringing together the world's most innovative minds, helping entrepreneurs taking their solutions successfully to global markets – beyond just inventing. Mr. Kondek, together with the partners are giving Florida entrepreneurs and startups a voice at the World Innovation Forum.
He was founder and chief executive officer of The Rocket Lounge LLC, a coworking space and growth accelerator for European technology startups from 2016 to 2018. He was co-founder, and chief executive officer of DynaPel Systems Inc., a big data and video analytics company, from 2002 to 2006. He raised more than $10.0 million in capital and guided the company from startup to IPO on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2005. From 2006 to 2008 he was chief executive officer of Agent Video Inc., a AI and video analytics company. He raised more than $5.0 million in capital and build a global team in the US, Israel, Europe & Asia. Previously, he led Pivot3 Inc., a Texas-based Hyperconverged storage company, as its vice president of Sales and Business Development from 2009 to 2013. Pivot3 reach leading market position in hyperconverged and video surveillance storage segment and together with the executive team he raised more than $100 million from venture capital investors.
His career began at IBM Corporation in 1976. Subsequently he co-founded the largest IBM PC reseller in Germany. He was Managing Director at public listed Computer 2000 AG from 1988 to 1994, which was subsequently merged with Tech Data Corporation, Florida largest Company by market cap and the second largest IT Distributor worldwide. He was Co-Founder and President EMEA at Tradex Technologies from 1995 to 1997, a B2B marketplace e-commerce exchange, which was acquired by Ariba, Inc. in a stock deal valued at $1.86 billion and was Florida’s first USD Billion unicorn exit.
He also served in senior executive positions at Dell Computer from 1997 to 1998, MetaCreations from 1998 to 2000 and Linotype-Hell AG from 1994 to 1995. He was formerly Board Member at Agent Video Intelligence, Inc. (USA, Israel) 2006 to 2007, DynaPel Systems, Inc.
